Model Code of Conduct
As per the directions of the Election Commission of India, presently the following are the Recognised National and State Parties in the U.T. of Puducherry which are eligible to receive a complete set of Photo Electoral Rolls as hard copy and soft copy in CD ROM (without photographs), free of cost, during the draft and final publication of Electoral Rolls.

The Registered and unrecognized political parties and the general public are eligible to buy hard copy of the electoral rolls of any Assembly Constituency or Part thereof, from the respective Electoral Registration Officers, on payment of Rs.2/- per page.
Soft copy of the current Electoral Rolls (without photo) of the entire UT of Puducherry, is available for sale at the rate of Rs.200/- in the Elections Department, Reddiarpalayam, Puducherry-605010. Those willing to get the soft copy of Electoral Rolls have to bring a fresh pendrive of minimum 32GB capacity.
